PTFS! The Band with the Funny Name & Amazing Music

The members of PTFS! first met on a mythic bus trip from Kickapoo, Kansas to Paintlick, Kentucky and from Day One formed a deep bond while creating a remarkable mash-up of uniquely fascinating musical styles. Drawing from Zydeco, Celtic, Tango, Blues, Caribbean, Americana and all points in-between, their energetic music occupies a sonic envelope distinctly their own. The five brothers (and sister) in arms are: Duane Inglish, on Accordion; Anita Henry on Rubboard & Vocals; David Foster Evans on Octave Mandolin & Vocals; Gary Steinmann on Bass & Vocals; and Ted Waterhouse on Guitars & Vocals. These seasoned (aka old) musicians perform lively original compositions along with an odd collection of covers and collectively boast over 200 years of experience (!) coming from such aggregations as the Howlie Playboys; Cafe Musique; Al Millan and the Robots; Joy Polloi; the Gillie Wheesels and Neighbors Complaint.
Together as PTFS! these 5 amazing musicians will deliver a show that will knock you all the way to Kickapoo!
